Leave in Belgium

Terms

These terms describe the basic rules for using the app. They are written for the current product: an independent planning tool for Belgian bridge days and leave planning.

01

Description of the service

The app is an information and planning tool that helps users estimate leave strategies around Belgian statutory public holidays. It is not government software, HR software, payroll software, or legal advice.

Last updated: 13 April 2026.

02

Use

You may use the app for personal planning and evaluation. You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with the operation of the app.

03

Accuracy and limitations

We aim to keep holiday calculations and bridge-day planning accurate, but the app cannot reflect every employer rule, collective agreement, closure arrangement, or personal constraint. You remain responsible for confirming leave with your employer.

04

Price and purchases

The app is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If paid features are added later, we will update these terms before they become available.

05

Intellectual property

The app, brand, texts, and design remain the property of 3020 Studios, unless third-party licenses apply.

06

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app when needed for maintenance, compliance, or product changes.

07

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without guarantees that it will meet every individual planning need or remain available at all times. Liability for indirect or consequential losses related to leave-planning decisions is excluded, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

08

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
